You'll receive a confirmation email after you've booked your appointment. This will include the address and all other information regarding your appointment.
I strictly do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any issues with your lashes please do let me know within 24 hours time I would be more than happy fix them however anything over a week in would be down to your retention problem and your aftercare. Infills: Please come to your pointment with 50%/40 of lashes on not a few or five on each eye as will be charged as a fullset please bear this in mind when you're booking your infills.


Book in you infills in advance to avoid any missing slots infills should be booked generally 2-3weeks. COVID-19 If you are displaying the following symptoms please let me know & DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT. wait 14 days before trying to book. Please drop me a message of your booking date and time and we can reschedule your appointment for otherr date, please give yourself 24 hours before doing this.

On the day of your appointment please, DM/call or text me to let me know your outside. Terms and conditions & lateness: please contact me 24 hours in advance of the time you have booked in your appointment if you however need to reschedule. Please also familiars yourself with the route to avoid lateness. If you are more than 10 minutes late there will be a £10 late fee, 15 minutes late £15 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. Anything over you will have to cancel your appointment and re book. This is because i will not have enough time to give you the best service possible because ill have a next client coming in.
